About International Falls<\/em><\/strong>
\nTim, a burned out standup comedian has a gig at a motel in International Falls, Minnesota.\u00a0Aspiring comedian and motel desk clerk, Dee, ends up in Tim\u2019s room one night after his\u00a0performance. The night turns into a philosophical discussion of comic theory, marriage,\u00a0parenthood and religion. The line between comedy and tragedy is blurred as both characters\u00a0are forced to ask , \u201cNow what?\u201d The Dallas Morning News wrote of the workshop\u00a0production, \u201cInternational Falls is so much fun to watch and so painful when it wraps itself up,\u201d\u00a0and D Magazine called it \u201cblazing good.\u201d CoHo is proud to present International Falls as part\u00a0of Fertile Ground, Portland\u2019s city-wide festival of new works.
