“Ya gotta have winners and losers in this world.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It takes a dedicated team of winners behind the scenes to design, build, manage, create and execute the director’s vision. Whether they are figuring out how to mass produce stage-ready “chicken nuggets,” what size pockets need to be sewn into Gil’s pants, how much background noise is needed for the McDonald’s scenes, which set pieces need hinges, or how to choreograph stage violence in the safest yet most exciting way possible, our Year of the Rooster\u00a0<\/em>team of winners delivers. Here they are:<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Megan Moll (Stage Manager)<\/b>\u00a0is a Portland native (they still exist!) who is excited to make her debut at CoHo. Recently Megan has been a production assistant at Artists Repertory Theatre (<\/span>Feathers and Teeth, The Importance of Being Earnest, An Octoroon<\/span><\/i>), and was in the Third Rail Repertory Theatre 2016-2017 mentee program. She is very excited to be working throughout the Portland area and thanks her family and Joe for their support.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Aran Seth Graham (Scenic Design)\u00a0<\/b>moved to Portland two years ago from Florida, where he designed sets for many professional stages including Urbanite Theatre, Venice Stage, and The Players. He is also an experienced actor, director, and stage manager. Locally Aran designed the set for <\/span>Godspell<\/span><\/i> at Broadway Rose and will be working with Oregon Children\u2019s Theatre\u2019s Young Professionals Company, Passin\u2019 Art, Staged!, and Centralia College during the 2017-2018 season. Alex Agnes (Lighting Design)\u00a0<\/b>is a scenic and lighting designer from Portland (another native!). He is the Assistant Master Electrician at Portland Center Stage, and his recent lighting design projects include <\/span>Assistance<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>I Want To Destroy You<\/span><\/i> at Theatre Vertigo. Alex strives to incorporate life\u2019s \u201clittle joys\u201d into his designs to create a richer, more authentic experience for the audience. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cameron McFee (Technical Director)\u00a0<\/b>is back in town collaborating with theatres across Portland after a 5 year hiatus during which time he taught in high schools from Alaska to New Orleans. His set and sound designs have been seen and heard with the Quick and Dirty Art Project (founding member), Third Rail Repertory Theatre, Oregon Children’s Theatre, defunkt, Vertigo, TASO, Northwest Children’s Theatre, Northwest Classical Theatre, Portland Shakespeare Project, and others. Catch his work these days with Quick and Dirty, Dancing Brain, and Corrib Theatre – and of course, as always, right here with CoHo Productions. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Elizabeth Young (Sound Design)<\/b>
\n<\/span>Elizabeth is a native of the UK who found her spiritual home in Portland. Recent sound designs include<\/span> The (Curious Case of the) Watson Intelligence, Hunter Gatherers, Jekyll and Hyde, Hamlet, <\/span><\/i>and <\/span>Bob (a life in five acts) <\/span><\/i>in Portland, and <\/span>Play On<\/span><\/i> and <\/span>A Midsummer Night’s Dream<\/span><\/i> in Armonk, New York<\/span>.<\/span><\/i> Her favorite production is her five year-old son, Julian, who frequently offers the opportunity to compose music and make interesting sound effects. <\/span><\/p>\n

Elyse Grimaldi (Costume Design)<\/b>
\n<\/span>Elyse is happy to return for her third production at CoHo, where she last designed costumes for <\/span>The (Curious Case of the) Watson Intelligence<\/span><\/i> and<\/span> The How and The Why<\/span><\/i>. She also served as the costume assistant for <\/span>Playhouse Creatures<\/span><\/i>. Other recent design work includes <\/span>You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown<\/span><\/i> with Enlightened Theatrics. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Theatrical Costume Design and has worked in the Portland area in all facets of costume for more than three years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kristen Mun (Violence Director)
\n<\/b>Kristen Mun has worked as a fight choreographer for over half a dozen theatre companies in the Portland area and has trained in theatrical combat for over 10 years. Outside of Portland she has worked at Utah Shakespeare Festival, Idaho Repertory Theatre, and was the assistant fight choreographer at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival for 2 seasons (2009-2010). <\/span><\/p>\n
