She is a scholar-director and community-engaged theatre artist creating work in and around Portland and sits on the boards of the August Wilson Red Door Project and MediaRites\/Theatre Diaspora. Recent projects include&nbsp;<em>Here on This Bridge<\/em>&nbsp;with Theatre Diaspora, a series of monologues about intersectional racism centered on the PNW experience; and community based theatre project about reproductive justice,&nbsp;<em>We Are BRAVE<\/em>, created in collaboration with Roberta Hunte and Western States Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Jasper-headshot.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8020\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Jasper-headshot.png 500w, https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Jasper-headshot-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Jasper-headshot-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jasper Howard (Felix)<\/strong>&nbsp;previously appeared&nbsp;in the 2018 staged reading of&nbsp;<em>The Brothers Paranormal<\/em>. He is a proud member of the original cast of&nbsp;<em>Hands Up (<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/reddoorproject.org\/\">August Wilson Red Door Project<\/a>), and was last seen onstage in Eugene, OR at&nbsp;Oregon Contemporary Theater as Hassan in the West Coast premier of Bennett Fisher&#8217;s&nbsp;<em>Damascus<\/em>. Prior to that, Jasper appeared as Ty King in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanportmosaic.org\/\">Vanport Mosaic<\/a>&#8216;s production of Rich Rubin&#8217;s&nbsp;<em>Left Hook<\/em>. She performed in&nbsp;<em>Breaking Glass<\/em>&nbsp;at Portland Repertory Theatre,&nbsp;<em>Mei Mei<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Lady Buddha<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Janie Bigo<\/em>&nbsp;at the Interstate Firehouse Cultural Center Theatre. More recently, she\u2019s been in Theatre Diaspora&#8217;s staged readings of&nbsp;<em>The Theory of Everything<\/em>&nbsp;by Prince Gomolvilas,&nbsp;<em>Washer\/Dryer<\/em>&nbsp;by Nandita Shenoy and Dmae Roberts\u2019&nbsp;<em>The Courtesan<\/em>&nbsp;at <a href=\"https:\/\/studiotwozoomtopia.com\/\">New Expressive Works<\/a>. Maga\u00f1a (Jai)<\/strong>&nbsp;is a multi-ethnic &amp; multi-disciplinary performer, theatre enthusiast, and community cultivator. After receiving a B.A. from the University of Arkansas \u2013 Fort Smith, Samson trained at the Portland Actors Conservatory. He was part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcg.org\/Default.aspx?TabID=1780\">Theatre Communications Group Rising Leaders of Color<\/a> Cohort in 2017 featured by American Theatre Magazine and was the recipient of the Portland Civic Theatre Guild\u2019s Leslie O. Fulton Fellowship that same year. He is a co-founder and company member of Theatre Diaspora <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Lidet-headshot.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8019\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Lidet-headshot.png 500w, https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Lidet-headshot-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/cohoproductions.org\/old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Lidet-headshot-300x300.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lidet Viravong (Visarut)<\/strong>&nbsp;is an actor who was born in Laos and raised in the plains of Oklahoma. Lidet is a part of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.teada.org\/\">Teada Productions<\/a>, a nomadic theater company based in Los Angeles that creates work through the stories told by immigrants and refugees. With Teada he performs in&nbsp;<em>Refugee Nation<\/em>, the first national touring play about the Lao-American immigrant and refugee experiences. He has also performed with Water&#8217;s Edge Theatre, a children\u2019s theater company that tours throughout Southern California schools. On television he has guest starred on&nbsp;<em>The Sarah Silverman Program<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Crossing Jordan<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Al Shearer Project<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>SecretFridays.tv.<\/em>&nbsp;In film you can find him as the cannibal \u201cblow dart specialist\u201d in&nbsp;<em>Pirates of the Caribbean II<\/em>&nbsp;and a Core Asian Pirate in&nbsp;<em>Pirates of the Caribbean III<\/em>. She was most recently&nbsp;seen in <a href=\"http:\/\/passinart.org\/\">PassinArt<\/a>\u2019s&nbsp;<em>The No Play<\/em>&nbsp;as Maddie, Susan in Profile Theatre Company\u2019s&nbsp;<em>The Secrataries&nbsp;<\/em>and<em>&nbsp;Antigone Project<\/em>&nbsp;as Antigone, Portland Center Stage&#8217;s JAW 2019, and Portland Playhouse\u2019s productions of<em>&nbsp;Radio Golf<\/em>&nbsp;as Judith,<em>&nbsp;Ma Rainey\u2019s Black Bottom<\/em>&nbsp;as Dussie Mae, and Black Mary in&nbsp;<em>Gem of the Ocean<\/em>. She recently directed a production of Alan Bowne\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Beirut<\/em>. During Andrea\u2019s time in Los Angeles she performed in a two year run of the 30th year revival of the musical&nbsp;<em>HAIR!<\/em>&nbsp;She is a two time Drammy Award Winner for Best Supporting Actress for productions of<em>&nbsp;Two Sisters and a Piano<\/em>&nbsp;(Artists Repertory&nbsp;Theatre) and&nbsp;<em>Hell Cab<\/em>&nbsp;(<a href=\"https:\/\/theatrevertigo.org\/\">Theatre&nbsp;Vertigo<\/a>).
