CoHo Productions Covid Policy
What you can expect from CoHo
Masking is now optional at the CoHo Theatre. If you would like a mask during a performance, please see one of our Front of House managers, they will be happy to provide one for you. Additionally, to make our indoor environment safer and to improve air quality in the buildings, all HVAC units have been upgraded to AEA standards.
Please keep an eye on this page, we will update Covid protocol as things evolve.
CoHo Productions Refund Policy
If CoHo has to cancel a performance, we will be happy to offer patrons the option to exchange, reschedule, or refund tickets purchased for the cancelled event. If a patron is unable to attend an event that is not canceled, CoHo will be happy to offer an exchange for future events. Refunds are not available for missed performances at this time.
In the event of a sold-out show, it is CoHo company policy to release any unclaimed tickets 5 minutes before shows are scheduled to begin. If patrons arrive after tickets have been released, CoHo will make an exception to our refund policy and patrons may either request a full refund or exchange their tickets for another night.
CoHo Resource Center Refund Policy
Monthly membership payments to the CoHo Resource Center are non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled at any time.
