About the Host
STEFANO IABONI is a seasoned comedy performer, producer, and director with over 20 years of experience bringing laughter to audiences in more than 15 countries. From the stage to the screen, his work is rooted in the belief that humor can break down barriers, spark creativity, and connect people in powerful ways.
While his heart is on the stage, he’s channeled his expertise into creating transformative experiences for organizations as well. Stefano has designed and led workshops, team-building sessions, and keynotes that harness the magic of performance and humor to inspire teams and drive innovation.
Whether delivering a performance, producing a comedy variety show, or facilitating a laughter-based team-building session, Stefano’s goal is always the same: to make people feel connected, uplifted, and ready to embrace new perspectives.
